Help me my kababayan (PARANGAWA)

Good day to all my kababayan. I have an account in paypal and now it is limitdd access, and i already submitted some information about me. The last thing that i must submit are this:
*organization and payment
*voided check / bank statement
*proof of tax exempt.
The problem is i don't have any idea in this information. Kindly give me some example this information that i must submit. And after i add a credit or debit card those my paypal will be verified and my account will be no longer limited. I will wait for all your response. Please help me to restore my account

maybe it has something to do with your account type. my account is under premier and i don't encounter question about tax exempt proof.
the best way you can do is write the paypal admin regarding the problem you encountered they will certainly help you out.

go to the bank where you have opened an account. ask them to help you out with the requirements. they will explain to you everything so you will understand fully what are all those things about. these requirements have something to do with the anti money laundering law.
you will surely be able to secure the bank statement through the bank. also, there are some atm machines which are able to issue one for you. as for the proof of tax exemption, you will have to file for individual tax return with the BIR. they will tell you that they do not allow this unless you are an employee.
well, you will have to explain to them that it is a requirement for an account that you have been maintaining so they will allow you to do so.
then as for the organization and payment, you will be clarified on this one by the banking people.
