why boys hide their feeling when they inlove?

we all know that,..people have crushes,puppy love and those have
first love,..i considered that i feel all these things,..from 18 years old of age,.
i never know why boys hide there feelings when they in love to a girl?
i never know the reasons and they true responses about this,..if i ask them they never give their answer,...a girl always curious when a boy act that.when they hate something they acted like a weird things,..they given they action rather than their words,..
