i'm tired of ptc

Everybody loves to earn and me as a part time employee surf the internet for extra income. I learned about PTC and spent lots of time for it. But there's this site that impressed me but in the end I felt so disappointed. You can withdraw your balance when it reached $20. I waited too long, for about 2 months before it reached my Paypal account. The most terrible thing was, I withdraw $27.00 but I only got $1.00 because they have these extra fees, etc. I think every minute I spent with this PTC is just wasted. Can anybody has to say with this? Any enlightenment from you guys?
