Cough: Cover mouth or not its embarassing!!!

Infact I have never seen a place like Malaysia where people cough and not bother to cover their mouth, I was embarassed. Even inside lift or on the road. They smoke a lot so they felt that coughing freely is okay! If it were you how will you feel or if you cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing how do you feel when other just like do it in your face!.

hi davido, its so rude! i guess it has something to do with ethics and good manners. here in the philippines the children are being taught to cover their mouth and their nose whenever they are sneezing or have colds. the reason why is for them not to infect other people with the virus that they have. but on the other hand if your with someone sneezing or with cough you should also cover your mouth you have to protect your self too. dont be embarrassed to cover your mouth or nose it is for your protection.

no you should cover your mouth when you are sufferning from the cough because its very embarassing i feel that
