Reaching payout level at Ciao!!!

Last month I earned $4.03 from Ciao by receiving 25 cents per review and getting some cents for rating on those reviews, but now that I write reviews on Ciao, it does not give me any money because of their changed policies.
So, please anyone can give me advice as to how can I earn those extra 97 cents to reach my payout level of $5. I have not got any friends on Ciao, so there few chances for me of getting 97 positive ratings for my reviews.
Also, I have a question that do we get money for a product review, if that product has got a $, $$ or $$$ sign besides it?

Hi friend, I hope I can help you too..but I'm still a new member in ciao. Now can you help me too about what ciao's all about. I wanna know when the earning updating. I just get some points.. I don't understand how will I get the earnings.. Well, I wish you luck in getting the payout soon it cents away so keep up the good work, keep on posting too here on mylot. Hi mialei! Actually I don't know how to earn after the policies of ciao have changed, but previously I earned 25 cents per review and before that they gave $1 per review. Hope we will get better responses and you will be able to understand ciao better.

2 day ago i joined ciao. and earned 7,9 dollars. but now i can't login to my account.... Im sure i had entered true password and username. what happend to my account??? im used opera browser
