I managed to get some great photos from the Dock side of the Pier did anyone else go this morning?

if i was not mistaken mandaue city is in cebu? am i right? i have been to cebu last november, and i think our branch is located in mandaue too. unfortunately i was not able to see the sinulog this month. but i saw the pier last time and it was nice staying there for quite some time. enjoy your stay and happy mylotting!
