Which Operating system do you prefer

I've also used Windows all my life, but I would prefer a Mac, because my friends tell me there's less viruses. On my desktop, I've had it broken down at least 10 times. Well, that was because I was using Vista. Tell you the truth: Vista seriously sucks. It may be a later version, but it won't get better any time soon. My computer is now downgraded to XP, which I've had very little problems. However, since a Mac is supposedly less popular, not many people have created viruses for that operating system. Macs in general are very expensive, but also very powerful. I can't see why anyone wouldn't want one.

I did not mistreat the XP. When it first started crashing, I'd had it less than two days. It did not have an internet connection yet, so I was not downloading anything or visiting any sites that would cause trouble. The most I had done on it at that point was do some writing in Microsoft Word and play some games that came with the system. Even after I got my internet connection, I visited only trusted sites and did not download anything, but it still cause me trouble. Out of all the computers in this house, the Mac's been the best behaved. It has nothing to do with how the computers were treated.
