Is Brittany back, and will K-fed stay gone?

After watching a few of the news stories etc. It was very clear to me she had a mental disorder more so than a drug problem. I am sure that she probably did use something to try to control some of her problems. She has brought on some things herself, but if you were in her position with her mind would you be able to think and act as well. Kevin Federline broke her heart and needed some cash so he fought her on the child custody. Are they better off with him, possibly but the reasons behind it are probably not that he just wanted to be with his kids. Did everyone forget he had a baby on the way when he got with Brittany. Not the best decisions from her side either, but you didn't see him fighting to see them. Even if we gave him the benifit of the doubt that maybe those kids had a mom that could care for them, still he was always parting and smoking joints until he was basically told how to act to assure he got more money. I find this situation annoying, now he will be very well off becuase he is being a father to his own children. The kids may need some extras like security to insure that they can live their lives. Now he lets Brittany have them for overnights and longer visits. So, basically she will end up with them for 1/2 the time but he will still get his big paycheck. I am not sure how we fix this sort of problems any suggestions?
