Does anyone read Terry Prachett books?

He is definitely one of my favorite authors, if not the fave. He wrote the discworld series, which is the best fantasy world ever created, bar none. They are funny, satirical and just so over the top.
So I was very disappointed to learn that he has Alzheimers and will probably not be able to write much new books. As I have already read all his books to this point, I am deeply depressed about this great authors health.
Anyone else affected by this sad news? Please share.

I know I read :) And not only the Discworld series, don't forget about the other books (for example The Wee Free Men or Only You Can Save Mankind). It's said news indeed, but let's not get just too said over it as this will not do anybody any good. He IS still a great writer and I hope he will still be for as long as it's possible.

Yes, hopefully he will be able to go on for many years.
I have not had a chance to read any of his books besides the Discworld Series, I have not even heard of the two you mentioned. I did read a collabaration he did with Neil Gaiman, I can't remember the title but those two together made one great book.
Thanks for responding.

I just wanted to say I absolutely think he is a terrific author as well! I love the Discworld series and am currently collecting them all! This is sad news. However hopefully the readers will remember and enjoy his books for years to come. Few people get to leave such a legacy as the joy he has given those of us who love his books.
