I prefer literature as well. I tend to love to read some surrealism, but I restrain myself when I right it. I use some surreal phrases and images, but keep the work mostly grounded. I'm not big on abstract, though, except in some rare cases when it creates a certain effect for the reader. Definitely not in art, though. Abstract art annoys me for some reason or another.

My favourite kind of art is surrealism, so I agree with the rest of you. The first painter I got interested in was Salvador Dali. Some years ago I visited an art museum in Paris, I don't remember the name of the museum, but there were many paintings by Dali, and I became very intersted in his art. Later on I started to get interested in other kinds of surrealism. I also like the art of Rene Magritte. One if his paintings is called "The therapist" and I like that one very much.

The medium that I like is photography, sketching and music.
Photography = I want to capture the essence of a moment and make it last forever
Sketching = Because It is very fast and easy to sketch and I can produce ideas fast
Music = when I feel l don't like to express myself in terms of still images
