Do you brush your teeth after meal?

My colleague always brush his teeth after each meal. He really take good care of his teeth so much and he is very proud of his white teeth. But I won't do this. I feel it is so trouble. I think that take a gum is as well as brush my teeth. I am also doing this. How about you? What do you feel about this practice? HaPpY MyLoTtInG!

ya this is a very good habit because it will keep healthy our teeth and we will not suffer from any stomach disease but i am sorry to say that i can not follow this healthy tips regularily i just brush my teeeth early in the morning but sometime when i am in the mood to brush i do it after my dinner but to day definitely i will brush after dinner thank you for a good suggesation
