you didnt exactly state your problem still i would try. First see to it that there is no firewall turned on by windows or your anti virus. If that is ok turn on the cookies in your pc. If still it isnt working maybe there is a problem with your messenger , you could download it as people have mentioned before or you could go to meebo.com and chat from there. If you can't even log in from there, dude, you forgot your password.
