do you wash hair everyday?

i wash hair three days a time,sometimes four days a time.I feel that too frequent hair wash may not ggod for hair actually.but the ads usually tells us to wash hair every day.which is more healthy to hair?do you wash hair hair every day?

It's not good to wash your hair so many times a day ,strips natural oils that coats the hair away .

I wash my hair not more than once in two or three days(that is usually). I think it depends, people have different hair types and that´s whay they wash hait differently. I have to change my shampoo allmost every month.:S

I wash my hair when I want to.Washing hair makes me feel relaxed.I'm a boy so I don't need to worry about whether it's good for my hair or not.
