oh you are right to a certain extent in your conviction about modern outlook.People think of only their happIness.It's " I " that matters in everything

Putsuit of Happyness is one of my favorite movies! It is so inspiring. Makes me think... ahhh.. there is indeed a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I want my success story to be just like that, admired by all.. Setting an example to everyone.. Keep believing, keep dreaming, and keep working for those dreams.

The"Y" was a play on words. You are correct the actual word is spelled "happiness". The author chose to change it to "Happyness" I assume because the Will Smith character becomes "Happy". The one thing I've learned with books & movies is that they can do as they dayum well please!!! They are writing the story & it is their interpretation of what they are trying to say. So, don't stress yourself out over this as it is not wrong if it's what the author is trying to convey!!!
