Many cemetaries have areas of unblessed ground for the use of people like atheists who do not want such. There are all types in the world and cemeteries and mortuaries cater to all. They also often have areas for Jews who also do not wish to be buried in blessed ground. In big cities, Jews have their own cemeteries and sometimes Atheists and other groups of people have their own private cemeteries also. It depends on how big the city is and how many of a certain group resides there on whether it is feasable to have a separate cemetary. Shalom~Adoniah

I think cemeteries nowadays usually for everyone, doesn't matter whom you believe. Differences are in the way people are buried and ceremony before it.

What a great question. Fortunately I am a Christian, but I will anxiously await the answer.
