help needed for my sony laptop

my cam problem - this is the snap shot of the problem i am facing when i'm trying start my cam in my laptop

hii everyone i have been facing problem with my cam in my laptop... when ever i try to start it the cam window opens and a blue screen appears giving me an error as "No Input" i have attached a screen shot of the problem to the discussion..my laptop is sony and the model no is VGN-CR34GN any suggestions???

i am not familiar with this laptop. could you provide some more information? i assume this concerns the build in web-cam, what program are you using to access it? does it not work in any application (for instance skype, msn messenger, etc.) or is it just this specific application not accessing the cam? has it ever worked, or is this the first time you're using the cam?

yeah my cam is built in and has come along with my laptop inbuilt...i am using vaio camera capture utility to access my camera..not only with that even other programs like yahoo messenger or other im messenger are not able detect my cam..i used work when i purchased and this problem occurred recently..

Hey, Are the drivers installed correctly on your computer? If so, I don't really know what else is the problem. Does your laptop still have warranty on it? Happy Lotting!
