do any girls ACTUALLY like the rocky series of films? i love em myself :P

Haha i should introduce you to my best mate then. I absolutely hate them, but she... well she loves uhm. She's happy spending hours on end talking to me about them, or anything really. + She thinks SS is hot. When hes not. Please. Ew. x_x ...

Hot or not, it's still got a great love story woven in there between Rocky and Adrian. I'm not a big Stallone fan, but I saw them all when they came out and really liked the stories.

its not even a 'sport movie' tho, thats not why i like them... its just REALLY inspirational, about how a bum with nothing to look forward to gets a lucky break that turns to sh*t but he still keeps trying, keeps getting up even tho people are trying to keep him down. honestly, watch some and see what you think then :)

My husband likes them as well. I, however, can't stand them. I dont know a girl that does either hahah.

I can name two who loved all of the Rocky movies - me and my daughter. Neither of us care for boxing either but we just got caught up in the story of Rocky, of him being the underdog and first going the distance in the first film then winning. Annie

I liked Rocky 1,2 and even 3. When we started getting to 4( that was the Russia one, right?) and 5(where he was going to train the new kid) I was a little over it. It's just at the point where at the age of the character, he's just too old to be a boxer and have someone pound on him. Of course I did like the scene in 5 I think when he took the kid out into the streets and beat him to a pulp. I like the whole underdog aspect of the first 2 films. I especially think it was a great twist that he didn't win the main fight in the first film. But, I think they drove this character into the ground. Even if you don't like the films, the soundtracks are always great.
