Yeah they say that sleeping and skin has some connection. If you always lack sleep it would show in your skin later. So I think you need more restful sleep and a little medication or maybe some good lotion to help you have a much better skin.

Hi there sara, well sleeping at least 8 hours is good for our health. To take care of your skin, you should take Vitamin E and a lots of water. Our skin is should be take cared most especially If it's too hot and too cold. In your face you can used moisturizer to soften it and in your body put some lotion before going to sleep. Anything with moisturizer is good enough to be able to glow your skin. Eat a lot of fruits also it will help you a lot. I hope this help. Keep on posting!

Hi, sara
I strongly suggest that you do not neglect to moisturize. Use facial moisturizers (with sunscreen, of course) and apply lotion or body butter all over your body. We really need this as we get older. And yes, drinks lots of water and have enough sleep. Good food can really help too -- vegetable and fruits.
Have a nice day!

I am not sure how you are saying your skin is bad. I have smooth skin although it is getting older I drink lots of water and green tea. I sleep 6-7 hours per night. I wash my face with a soft cloth and a gentle soap and then use a moisturizer by estee lauder. I also very rarely use anything on my face makeup wise except light moisturizer , eyeliner , lip cover or sunscreen in the summer. go with the Glow keep your skin shiney
