I remember one of my cousins describing the first blu-ray movie he watched. He explained it as being "so real that it looked fake." While watching this part of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie, he could actually see the lining of one of the character's masks because of the immense detail.
There are also movies you can watch in 3D with those fancy paper glasses. It's really quite astonishing how the technology of entertainment has advanced in the last century or so.
With all that said, what do you think is the future of entertainment? Will watching movies be so realistic that it'd be like traveling to another dimension? Or, if you've already found information about the future of entertainment, I'd be happy to read whatever you can share.

Hologram technology will be the successor of blue ray. We would able to be within the movie. Not only we can see, we can also feel it with our senses. The image is so real that you think it actually there in front of you. Siting and watching movies will be the past tenses.
