I am on the quest of shedding off like 20 lbs or more and I really hate to do exercises so I don't like to dwell on that. I am planning to cut off my food intake so that it would help in losing some weight. Do you know any food that will help in achieving my goal. A food that would suppress my inclination to eat more? I would really like to lose some pounds. Help me please. The holiday of course didn't help for I gained more than losing it. hehehehhehe. MY bad!!!

This is from woman's world:Rev it (this is for green tea, oolong tea) Brew 8 to 10 cups of decaf tea to prevent jitters, add lemon and drink this instead of water and it will boost your burn.

I have been told if you have the urge to snack, like I do, go for plain popcorn. Don't add butter! Even on weight watchers it has no points. I don't know the whole point system, but I know you don't want that many points. So they all snack on plain popcorn.

good for you that you are on the thinner structure. i will try to eat fruits instead of the full mean. i love salads although we don't have it everyday. I will try to work on eating fruits and salads more. my other problem is than my bones structure are really wide so when i get thin still i still look wide. too bad!!! hope i will really be thin soon. thanks for the post!!

Any foods high in fiber should help regulate your system and help make you feel fuller longer. Try to increase your water intake, avoid sodas. Eat more vegetables and fruits since they are high in fiber and nutrients and low in fats. Fruit contains good sugars so they are not bad for you and WILL help you lose weight. If you dislike exercise, try parking further away when you go to the store or to work. Try walking just a little each day. Set aside 15 minutes to just walk around the block each day. Reducing your portions is also good. You shouldn't try to lose more than a few pounds (1-3) each week, as that is unhealthy. BEST WISHES! I am trying to lose about 20-25 pounds within the next 4-6 months. All the best! :-)

thanks for sharing. I guess these would really help especially cutting off the soda intake. I have been low on water and been having soda lately. thanks for reminding me. That is great advice on taking a walk in going to store or at work, i guess i really have to do it religiously so that it will help me lose weight. Best wishes also with you since you are also losing weight like me. happy mylotting!!!

Would you feel good if I told you it's easy to lose plenty of weight and still eat anything you want? Anyone can do it. You simply have to be a little more active. I don't mean exercise - but I do mean more activity. Walking is easy. You don't have to break a sweat or exercise or count your heart-rate, but walking is a great way to build muscle tone which helps to increase your metabolism so you burn calories even when you're doing nothing. Park the car a little further away from the doors to the supermarket and walk. Go out into your own back yard and just walk around the fence line for 5 minutes at a time. Do this when you remember. Just do little things. They all add up at the end of the day. Add small things like lettuce to your salads or broccoli to your dinner meal and you'll find food digests more easily without storing fluids so much. There are plenty of small things you can do to make your metabolism work better without going to a gym.

Thanks for sharing. I find this really helpful and will take note of these tips that you have shared with me and hopefully this will work out for me. That is true i need a little walk since i don't get any lately. I rarely eat fatty foods it is just that i am a person who is more on carbs, maybe i should try to cut down on my cards intact to help me out with this challenge. thanks for sharing and happy mylotting!!!
