do you earn from traffic exchanges by surfing?

Right now some traffic exchanges gives cash for surfing too. easyhits4u.com is best among them. Now they give 50 cent per 1000 credits and credits is also yours and also money is yours. I bought my premium upgrade from it only also their cashout is $3 which is quite low. the 2nd best according to me is topsurfer which gives 2 cent per 35 views. I want to know do you know any other traffic exchanges which also pay you for surfing???

Forget FREE or Paid Traffic, It's not what you want on your site, what you really need is PEOPLE, I've launched a site called http://www.hypick.com which allows you to post and share information on various subjects or link directly from your blog posts. The topics that receive the most participate "Hype" are promoted to the homepage for massive visibility.
It's not based on a good vote, bad vote system. Just real people participating and all linking back to you! That's where you want to be focusing your time.

I used to be joined with traffic exchanges. I am joined with safelists now. Traffic exchanges always took me a long time to earn any kind of money from.
