Idiotic sister confuse's a president!!!

So I was listing to my sister talk on the phone to one of her friends and she was tryin to get him to do something he's reply was I Can't and her answer was if Bill Gates can become president then you can do that. I looked at her and replied with Bill Gates was never president try one of the richest man in the world. And she said Oh I thought he was our president and I said no then she replied well who was president with the name that started with a B?? and I said Bill Clinton and she said Oh.
Now how could you ever possibly confuse Bill Clinton with Bill Gates??
Is this a common mistake??

I won't even touch this one OH god where did I go wrong I am a history buff am my kid thought bill gates was the pres ahhh when she wakes up I need to talk to that child or she will be saying queen latefa is queen of the united states
