Internet Service Provider being so unfair

Here in the philippines we are using smart broadband and globe broadband for our internet connection..per application on it is bound to one year contract which cost you 999 monthly..but what happen now..i wasn't able to pay on my second month and disconnect the service...but believed me or not..the same internet provider which is smart bro that we are currently using in the office where i work and you know why the smart company never cut the connection it's been two years of free service..the office earn a lot online thru smart but smart never earn from my employer...so unfair..
