iMac VS Mac Pro

Okay, so I have the task of getting a new desktop for school. I a wanting to get something high end, I am going to be working in Game Art and Design, so that is a must. I am also wanting a Mac because it is my OS of choice. I can see the reasons for an iMac, cheaper is one of them but the Mac Pro gives you more and is easier to upgrade on your own, or at least it would be for me. It doesn't matter what the cost is in the end as I don't have to pay for it myself but I am just wondering on that. Can somebody see any pluses on getting an iMac over a Mac Pro besides the price of it all?
