what internet speed do you have

ISP (Internet service providers) have advanced so much that now they are offering too fast speed even for home users. Many people have a fast connection but they rarely needs this.
Now we have ,i think upto 5Mb DSL/Cable connections available. Inspite of DSL/Cable connections becoming very cheap, many people are still using 56K, maybe this is enough for them.
What connection do you have with what download/upload speed? Is this enough or less for you? How often you download large sized files off internet?

I am running usually at 200kbps and sometimes reaches at 512kbps using the McAffee Internet speed checker. 200kbps is already ok for me but it was much more better when there where times that my internet speed registered at 512kbps.
