what are you going to do if you're not suppose to feel any kinds of feelings?

so i read this article about a disease, and i dont think its normal. cause the patient cant feel ANY KIND OF FEELING. isnt it tragic, he cant laugh or cry. then, one surprisingly situation, he fall inlove with someone and he's happy. then he was sent to e.r cause of his heart that stop. how could he save his life? was it leaving the one he love just to live..? ;(
