i was baaned frm the FORUMW.ORg 4 no reason.i used 2 dwnload sw & music frm there . will sme one help me 2 get into that website

as smacksman said, you do not get banned for no reason.
common reasons for getting banned are:
- flooding (i.e. posting the same message several times)
- cross posting (i.e. posting your topic in several sections at the same time)
- bad language
- insulting other forum users...

I have heard this so many times - 'banned for no reason'. Sorry, but there is always a reason and that reason is usually to do with not following the rules of the site.
Apart from that, sorry but I can't help you with your problem.
