Freelance work?

Are you freelancers? Tell me what sites you use for finding freelance work? I've tried some times but as a first-time freelancer my reputation is zero, so nobody chose me for any project. I don't know what to do.

Hi there!
I thought I could add my expertise in this discussion as I have been a full time freelancer working from home for the last two years and I have done very well out of it.
Rather than repeating myself I would like to direct you to my blog which can be found from my profile page. It is all about the freelancing/work from home topic and I have put the sites that I have been particularly active at as well as the jobs that earn me the most money. There are also some helpful hints and tips on how to get started which you might find useful. It is being updated on a regular basis so perhaps you can find something there to answer your discussion question!

I've been a freelance writer since 1999, and find all of my work on the following job sites:

mediabistro.com
I don't use the bidding sites because I have always had terrible luck. I also suggest using writersmarket.com or buying the latest copy of Writers Market.
