3D and CAD?

Does anybody know of any FREE 3D drawing and/or 2D CAD programs? Also, my computer specs aren't all that great, so if ya know of one that only uses 512MB of RAM that'd be great!
I'm using Google SketchUp for my free 3D one now, but i was wondering if there is a more powerfull one.

You can try ProgeCAD, AllyCAD(it is 2D version).
Till now I haven't used them but I have heard about them.
Try it & tell me is it good or not??

i only know autocad for drawing. Its not free but you will be able to get a pirated version if you search for it.
You can't use pirated version for professional use.
