I've just bought myself an Eee PC and find it great for reading everyone.
It's light, just the size of a book and is handy to walk around the house and read
my favorite articles on. I haven't tried an ebook yet but i'm sure i will soon.
I'm curious what other people use to read online. Tablets, notebooks etc.

Maybe I would read more e books if I had one of these fancy new gadgets. I don't read books online because I only have my computer to read them on and it's just too much of a strain to sit at the computer trying to read a book.

I, too, prefer real books, but have read ebooks online as well as downloaded in pdf format. I prefer reading online because it's easier to bookmark some of them. Kindle looks good, though... can't afford the price of it when I can borrow enough books from the library to keep me busy.

I still prefer to read actual books, but if I end up reading an ebook, I simply download it on my laptop and used Adobe Digital Edition Reader to open it.
I'm hoping someday to get a Kindle, but for now, I'm quite content with normal books, and the occasional e-book that I would need to get if its not available on print.

I still prefer actual books for my reading. But I am sure I will some day get some of this technology for reading article of interest, etc. I can't imagine ever reading an ebook on it. I noticed many people using such devices while vacationing recently.
