Stuffed ChickenBreast

I ran into this recipe for stuffed chickenbreast. It says to take the skin and tear it away from the muscle of the chicken. Not to tear it off but to make a pocket. Then stuff shredded cheese and parmasian cheese into the pocket. I use mozzarella shredded cheese. Then use tooth picks to hold in together while it bakes. Bake in the oven on 350 for about a half hour and it's done. I use a boneless chickenbreast and cut a pocket into it. Either way it's awesome. It tastes amazing!!! Hello, I have to say that this is different from the way I make my stuffed Chicken. But I will diffently make this one though. It sounds so good. I think I will stuff it with veggies too,that might just taste good too. What the heck I will make it the way you have it written and also try it with veggies in it. I will be sure to tell ya what I think. Thanks for the great recipe.

Yum, it sounds good! We've made something similar quite awhile back too. Soon we'll be making chicken cor d bleu like that.
