Can anybody tell me how to increase my jump so that i can dunk

First skipping of rope is necessary. Try to jump regulary on the ground. The main thing is stamina and power. Power is directly proportion to jump. eat a lot of fruits. When you come to court. FIrs try 10-30 times to touch the board. and thats it. In 7-8 months you will be able to dunk. It s not that even you have height than only you could do it. I have 5'8 then also i am able to do it. But you would have to be regular.

there was this old product a long time ago called "jump soles" pretty much you just attach those to your shoes and walk around/run in it to help build your calf muscles... soo, you can try doing toe-raisers or walk around on your tip-toes and do some squats to help build your quads. if you want to jump higher, you'll need to work out your legs

First of all, you need to have a fit and healthy body because if your body feels heavy then you will not be able to jump high. Well, my nephews used to put weights on their foot while walking, jogging and jumping. It helps you improve your jump because it stress your feet for heavier weight therefore when you remove it, your feet will feel lighter. I think it will not take you that long to do dunks because here in the Philippines, there are men who stands 5 feet 9 inches yet they can dunk. Anyway, goodluck to you!
