pluto's gone?

my little sister is telling me that pluto has been taken out from the list of planets on our solar system..so we now only have 8 planets? how true is it? what do you think so?

Its old news to me too! I had heard about the debate raging over the issue, but hadn't followed it up. So finally pluto lost its position as a plnaet. Sad for it. lady_claiclai this shouldn't bother us or for that mattre I feel the debate was even outrageos. I mean how does it matter to us or any one of the 6 billion peole's daily life, living on this planet. Tell me the connection and I stop smiling at this madness!
