What do you feel when you end up with a Scam site

Hello friends , I had a bad experience with a PTC. I have joined the site after looking in to many details available over Internet about the site. All over it was written that , the PTC exist for many years and it is trust able. I started getting associated withe PTC and spend many months with it. I was nearing to my pay out but found that the PTC have changed their Rules . One of them will pay only premium members. Other one made to vanish my balance. Most of the time some PTC are offline. What do you feel when you come across with this type of experience.
