HELP!! I don't know how to fill in this "ADD/EDIT BANK ACCOUNT AT PAYPAL

I want to edit my add/edit bank account at Pay pal. The problem is that I can't add my 10 digits account number at my debit card(ATM).It always give alert that it is an error entry.What can I do? I only have 10 digits account number not coorresponding to the 1-16 digit number of the Savings account.. please help my lotters.. Thank you all in advance..
