I cant stand throwing up. I will feel sick all day, fighting the urge rather than just do it, even though I know you usually feel better afterwards I still cant stand doing it. How about you? Get it out and over with and feel better, or fight it every inch of the way and feel sick for hours?

Hi There... Awww... I know that feeling. My brother hates it when he throws up. He an easily feel sick like to vomit or throw up especially when we are in an Aircon bus! But that was when he was still in High School. I don't know how he manage to cope up with that but usually we have some ointment or a medicine tablet for him to take it whenever he feels sic. For me, I only threw up if it is like 10 hours of flight without eating... I will really feel sick then throw up. I usually assess myself first if I can still go to work, be efficient and effective in my task there but if I know that I cannot make it, I would rather sleep and rest the whole day at home than to go to the office then go straight to the clinic if I cannot take it lolz...
Thanks for the discussion! Happy Mylotting and Have a great day! Cheers!

I am so sorry to hear that. When I feel like vomiting, I found that eating a snack of ginger will be very helpful to stop this terrible feeling. If you feel sick, then perhaps you shall check what's wrong and take the medicine to solve it.

If I am feeling sick, to the point that I want to throw up, I usually will not fight it every inch of the way.
I would rather just get it out and over with because I know that I will feel a lot better afterward.
I dislike throwing up.
I usually end up having to if I don't take something to alleviate a migraine before it gets worse. To the point I will throw up.
If I am going to get sick, I don't fight it but I will lay down to see if that helps so to avoid having to throw up if at all possible.
