I like to think that I'm pretty good at remembering my dreams. At least I remember my dreams more often than not. Of course as time goes on I can only remember a few if I don't write them down. Which is one reason I post them on my Livejournal.
Just last night I had two dreams I can remember. One was one of my usual zombie dreams and the other was quite obviously based on my favorite video game Freedom Fighters (which in turn was heavily influenced by the 1984 movie 'Red Dawn').

I dont recall remembering a dream distinctly in the morning.. but many times i do remember some hazy images... sometimes i remember that i had had an interesting dream, but i am unable to re-draw it in my mind..
one thing i have noticed, though - that the dreams in early morning are very easy to remember.. i remember some of the dreams that i had in early mornings - (just before i woke up )- very clearly - down to the small details..

People actually have tons of dreams each night though most only remember the last one they had before waking up if they remember any at all. I typically remember at least one dream per night, but sometimes I can remember 2 or 3. It depends on how sound I slept that night. If you are in a deep sleep the whole night, you wont remember them, but if you are having problems sleeping, like I always do, then you will have a better chance at remembering your dreams. It's a curse with a benefit.
