Do you feel afraid?

Hi friends!Do you feel afraid when you stay at a dark place alone?I often feel afraid even when I was at home.I know it's safe,but I still fear of dark.Could you tell me how you overcome the fear?I will appreciate your response. Happy mylotting!~

hi there i was always scared of the dark as a child and still am a bit, i tend to listan to music when i am going to sleep or have the tv on a timer so there is always noise when im going off to sleep have you tried anything like this?

Well,I tried to read book before sleep and foreced myself to ponder the details when I'm going to sleep.But when I have to go home in a dark road or the lights went out suddenly for a power cut,I will fall into fear.Then what will you do in this condition? yes,i feel afraid.i couldn't help thinking of the stories of ghost or monsters in dark place alone.i remembered that one day,i saw a film called Ju-on(a Japanese horror film) and on the way to dorm,i was so frightened when thinking of the woman whose eyes are bleeding that i ran as fast as possible to my dorm.

L0L,I agree with you,I cann't make a diversion of my attention.I once heard a story that a female ghost with red eyes like to observe people through glass,then it becomes terrible for me to sleep in dorm,because my bed in the dorm is beside the glass door. I0I.....I'm trying to overcome this shortcoming.Have you overcoming it?How do you success? Happy mylotting!~
