whats the first word you say when you wake up?

whats the word you usually start your day with? is it always the same?

The first word I say is "Thank you my God for granting this day". After a short paryer I think of the work to be done on that day and plan out. Afer refreshing myself and go for exercise and then after a bath I have my breakfast and set to work.
