If you were the last woman on earth, what type of man would you choose for your mate? (These are the only choices available, unfortunately)
A. The Hunter--Able to provide food for the table.
B. The Doctor--Except he has no crew or electricity, only his own skill
C. The Farmer--So you can get food from the ground
D. The Builder--To build you a decent home.
E. Put two of the above together.
F. Choose one from the list below (except in manly form)
What is your choice?
Last man on earth, what kind of woman would you choose?
A. Soldier
B. Homemaker
C. Teacher
D. Mother
E. Put two of the above together
F. Choose one from the list above(except in feminine form)
I would choose The Farmer. From what I've seen of farmers, they can do a fair job in all the choices!

Hmm, interesting question. I would say the builder and the farmer. You would have a place to live, and food to live on. Both are careers for hard workers and loyal people that don't give up when the job gets hard. The hunter wouldn't really be needed, and hopefully he's a good enough farmer that you wouldn't get food poisoning and need a doctor.

How could you get food poisoning? You can't get much fresher than straight from the ground! (Unless he plants where tainted water runs straight into the land...) Hmm...

Lol, if I'm the last one..the species is doomed anyway, so I'd be creative nd pick NONE...especially since they'd all just want me for my body anyway.
*cackles* I don't pick my S.O.'s by skillset anyway.
I know, I'm not fun xD

This is a very interesting topic. I will mix doctor and farmer together. It's a perfect choice for me. When I am sick, my husband can take good care of me. And when I am hungry, my husband can feed me with the food. Being a farmer is safer than being a hunter. And the food from the ground is actually healthier.
I love China

I choose A.Because I will be a doctor and famer, take care of him, myself and our children,do farm work.So he should be a hunter,so that our children will grow up with a stronger body.About house,we think we can build a beautiful home through our joint effort.
That's my simple thought.hehe....waiting for your answer!~
Happy mylotting!~

Me too. Good choices and thank you for participating. These cold places need a lot of getting used to, don't they?

I think that since I know a bunch about the Amish and their skills, I would definately put two of them together and get a builder and a farmer. We could learn a thing or two from each other and hopefully start a family doing it the right way as best as we could. I would want lots of kids, and to feed and house those, I would need a builder and a farmer!

I want to choose E. I will take A. The Hunter and C.The Farmer. I can build stuff and do not like doctors anyway. And I like to hunt and would enjoy farming so if I choose those two at least I would enjoy myself as well.

I'd probably choose the hunter and the farmer put together. it's not only that the hunter can provide food for the table, but that a hunter will go out and make the effort, he'll do what needs to be done to ensure that his family is well provided for. The farmer is a nurterer (can't spell sry) of sorts and gives care to his field of food that he's growing, so chances are he'll be the same way with you. It takes patience to grow things and a patient person is alwayas good to have around.

I would have to say, I'd pick the builder.
A builder can build traps to catch wildlife/livestock. A builder has to analyze and figure out angles, measurements and adjustments, so I'd imagine he can stitch me up and create splints or braces. A builder could also build/create corrals to keep our livestock in and the predators out. And yeah, he had better build me a nice home!

If I was the last women on earth I would choose the doctor, I like to think that I would know enough how to farm the land and build a decent shelter. If I was the last man on earth, I would choose a women who was a mother so that we could have children and help for our farm and home,LOL.

What a fun discussion topic. You are right on the subject of farmer, since a farmer by definition might have some basic first aid skills as well and be able to provide food. He will obviously also expect you to work very hard for it. It depends obviously on the type of world you (and he) inherit. If there are lots of dangers about - think an appocalypse full of mutated monster beings, or with a large ratio of predators, mr hunter or mr soldier might be useful.

If I were the last woman on earth I would choose my husband. He is none of the choices listed, but he is everyone rolled up into one. I am very lucky and I should say he is too. 14 years of marriage and 4 children and he still acts like the day we wed.

E. I would combine the doctor and the farmer. You can survive without eating meat, but you can't survive only eating meat; sorry carnivores it's not possible. The doctor could help me and future children survive better. If I could combine a third choice, I'd pick to combine the builder with my other two choices I made.

I would probably run the other way can you imagine all them men after you as they all would want to reproduce.
But if i had to chose it would have to be the farmer as then you would be able to eat and you would also have the satisfaction of knowing that you had helped grow your own food.

See the above answer. If there were a world of men, I'd be beating you all to the cliff! I was thinking more in terms of it only being you and your choice. (The idea of a world of men, and only one woman, is too horrible to contemplate. At least for the woman)

I would choose Hunter. You can live like the Indians did by skinning the hides to make a teepee. Then you have shelter AND food.
BOYCOTT CHINA AND THEIR PIECE OF CRAP TOXIC PLASTIC TOYS! They HATE Americans AND want to poison us with Melamine cookies and Milk. They are Cheap cheap Cheap. Without us they would have nothing. Such an ancient culture doesn't even have flush toilets in most of the regions. Yet, they Hate US?! Go F*CK yourself China!

I would have to say E put two together. And then I would pick the farmer and the doctor. The reason for the farmer is because I know what farmers can do (I am surrounded by them...LOL). And the doctor just in case we need to sew something up or need some form of care. And of course in being the farmers wife I would be the homemaker and mother so we could repopulate the girls.

Good thought. Surrounded by them? I don't know if that would be horrible or wonderful... I married one, and sometimes when a bunch of them get together I just wanna run away.

Man's basic necessities of life is food, clothing & shelter. Therefore in order to have two of the three basic needs fulfilled,i will opt for E i.e.I will choose both hunter & farmer.Hunter will provide a decent & nice shelter to me and farmer will arrange food for me and for my kids..
