Hello everyone here Ji,
It has been observed that as examination approaches, studentds as well parents become tensed and their un-healthy way of taking care during exams become savoury . I would like to share few of them with you and seek your experiences as well. Let's start.
(1) Reduce taking tea/coffee during examination days.
(2) Do not tak emore than two times (one cup each time)
(3) During dinner avoid taking co-co etc. and foods to that effects.
(4) More cold or more savoury should not be taken to avoid suffering from cold/cough or even throat problems.
(5) Going to sleep and getting-up from bed should be time-bound.
(6) Avoid keeping awake whole night prior to examination in the morning.
(7) During examination time, 6-7 hours of sleep is mendatory.
(8) A break during study time is very much needed to give rest to mind/body.
(9) Allow child to watch TV during this time for child's relaxation.
(10) An outing is very necessary during examination along with parents and children.
(11) During whole day, parents/guardians must talk and converse with children.
(12) All talks should be other than examination and about marks in the examinations.
(13) never compare your child with own siblings or your neighbour's children.
(14) Please encourage your child for studying, but not with critics.
Let's have your opinion/remarks/suggestions. may god bless you and have a great time.

Really never knew much of when my kids were to have tests even wehnt hey knew all the answers they would freze up and not get good marks I told their teachers to give them oral test they would do much better but nope the teachers wouldnt.
When I had test my parents never knew I did my studies if I needed to and passe with flying colors as I had no pressure and I seemed to be able to remember every thing I had read of math that I had done.
So had no problems .
All kids are differnt and do their test in different ways . I just hope every one that take test get high rgades on them good luck all that do have them.
Blessings

Hello my dear Lakota12 Ji,
So nice of for understanding and making response in yet another way of positive thinking. You have tremendous experience, which can be felt by me and let others too make use of them. Now-a-days teachers are not the exactly, what we had during my schooling some 60 yrs back. Spanking etc. is totally out and ou-dated, which wa sone among tools given by society to any teacher at that time. now even 'Fail' /redink, shoyld not be used. may god bless you and have agreat time.

{1}please note down the important points in a separate notebook. It will be helpful for u while studying during examinations.
{2}Sleep early (at bout 11 or 12) and get up early in the morning (at bout 4 am). It will make your mind fresh.

Hello my dear nandhinijagan Ji,
I would promote your idea for point No.1, to note down everything on seperate notebook, but not with sleeping so late, let sleep come by 2200 hrs and may get up even at 0300 hrs, but not later than 0400 hrs. may god bless you and have a great time
