Yesterday was my very, very first sick leave. I couldn't get out of bed so I texted our secretary and our boss and told them that I wouldn't be coming in. I felt terrible because I threw up everything I ate. I still don't know what was wrong with me but I'm feeling much better though not completely healed.

I don't know but i'm pretty i was last year. I didn't get sick yet this year although i was expecting it to come earlier. I have this allergic rhinitis which has been bothering me for quite some time now. It leads to me getting sore throat then fever. That's why i'm trying my best not to sneeze or at least prevent it by pressing my nose. I've read somewhere that that's the trick. Sneezing in inevitable so fever is inevitable too. There was one time where i had a sore throat that i almost choke because i couldn't breathe.

i think when the winters started. It always happened to me . Whenever there is a change in climate. I always caught by fever. my parents always scold me for not taking care to myself. ANd then restricts to eat fast food whic i don't liked at all. 2-3 months before there was a situation that whenever i eat something sour i got ill and kept on sneezing. I cant even concentrate on my studies.

I got sick and had fever last July 2002. It is now 2009m and luckily I never got any fever since then. I only get little colds and cough but they are tolerable and can easily be cured. I think I am very healthy and I consider myself and my family blessed because we are not getting sick.
