What do think should be the dress code for work? Should it be formals or casuals? Why?

The dress code for work should be formal and elegant.It gives a respectful look of you and it evokes the confidence and responsible level too.

depends.in my line of work(doctor)i am always expected to be formal,as it gives some psychologically positive feeling tto the patient that he/she is in safe professional hand.

Casuals .. casuals .. casuals ... it is easy for me to be in pants than in skirts and panty hoses
