What makes Saddam Hussein so special a dictator that the US appointed court sentenced him to death for the death of 148 persons when US forces killed many more in various operations, one of the most horrific was My Lai in Vietnam.or for that matter what makes Saddam eligible for death when other US sponsored dictators escaped after they fell foul of the US?
