Hershey's Bliss, Dove Promises, Lindt truffles, or a different brand? Which company do you think makes the best dark chocolate treats? Do you like the sweeter dark chocolate like the classic Hershey's Special Dark or the richer, darker dark chocolates like those that are listed as 60-75% cacao.
I like the richer darker chocolates. My favorite brand is Lindt and right now I'm really digging their cherry chili truffle bar. They're kind of expensive so I only eat about a square of it each week.

My weakness has always been Reese's. Don't really get into the fancy stuff. I have enough trouble trying not to buy Reese's. There's just something about that mixture... It sort of melts in your mouth, with flavor bursts everywhere. Sigh. I'd better make sure I don't have any money if I go to town today... I've been Reese's free for months now... It won't be pretty if I get any!
My favorite chocolate is milk chocolate. I just don't like the taste of the darker ones.

I love Russian dark chocolates and A. Korkunov's dark chocolates are the absolute best. A. Korkunov is located just outside of Moscow, so it's not easy to find their chocolates in the US, but they are worth looking for. All of their chocolates are so velvety smooth and rich. It's like a vacation to paradise in each bite.

Lindt is my favorite too! I like the 75% cacao. I tried the 85% cacao but it was too much, the 75% is yummy and delicious though!

I like to shop at a local world market for chocolate (both dark and regular.) I tried a brand of dark chocolate called Valor for the first time. It's made in Spain and contains 70% cocoa. I also buy Cadbury bars made in the UK since they have more cocoa solids than American-made Cadbury.
American chocolate often uses vegetable fats in place of some of the cocoa. I found out this practice was begun long ago so the chocolate wouldn't melt when shipped by train (before the advent of refrigerated cars) and last longer on store shelves.

Ewww dark chocolate is discusting! It's for the chocolate conasieur not the scoffer =D I much prefer eating a nice large bar of Galaxy as fast as possible leaving only the taste in my mouth than nibbling at a chunk of 99.95% sour chocolate, although there was on that was 80% and had a hint of chili in, that was good.
In response:
My answer has to be 80% cocoa chocolate with a hint of chili.
