January 26th this year is the Spring Festivel, China's most important festivel. Now we are all busy preparing for the celebration of the festivel. It is the first day of the new year in China's lunar calendar. I want to know now how many countries in the world celebrate the Spring Festivel. Happy new year to you!

I haven't started my Chinese New Year holiday yet. Perhaps we will work until this Saturday, I am not sure right now. Chinese New Year is the most important festival in China. Usually we will have a good feast in the Chinese New Year Eve. And at night the children will start to receive their red pocket money.

Hi yxinxin! Here in my country (The Philippines), there is a significant population of Chinese people and we witness their celebrating the Spring Festival or the Chinese New year. I have seen the dragon dance and there is much festivity going on in the Chinese-Filipino community here. I am sure though that it is more beautiful and elaborate there in your country.
Take care and have a nice day!

We don't celebrate a Spring Festival in January, but once the holidays are over, many of us are sure looking forward to spring! I wish you and yours a very Happy New Year. It's the year of the Ox, which is an earth sign? I hope it's the beginning of a calmer and friendlier year for all of us.
