Hello weasley, If you can design your own banners, you can have them uploaded free at photobucket.com and place their links in your profile, if you want banners on your profile. (But I mostly like text links) Let the banners be unique in style. Addesigner.com, Web-animator.com and animationonline.com are some good banner designing websites. They are free.
