the problem of wage arrears

We are now facing the problem of wage arrears. The monthly paid date is almost postponed by at least 15 days. As an employee, we work for the company and what we concerned is to get the return we deserve. We try to talk with the administrative office about this matter and persuade them not to violate the contract, however, no use. So depressed we are! How long can we expect our salary??
