I joined some ptc through it but i have some 4 cent till ow and also some banner is still showing waiting. I thought they 70% commission per click so why its still at 4 cent?? One of banner i have joined but its still showing reserved usename akangirl

I have never heard of this site before. I hope someone else here has an answer for you. That does not sound right to me either.
