How do you find writing??

Writing is exciting. How do you find writing? Do you love to write or you are just a reader?

I started as a child a reader but shortly after a writer. I love to write. It is a way of expression to me and one of my only ways.lol..I write poetry about me and stories about things that have nothing to do with me but I love it just the same. Here's something I recently had published....just for you..the reader..
The sun goes down and darkness falls. With it's scent it always calls. I let my hair fall down my back and smile at the breeze that kissed my neck.
Diamonds fleck the midnight sky and make me feel so rich inside.
The grass is soft beneath my feet as I dance between the trees. All the life that's never seen, is at this moment watching me.
As the sun begins to rise,I feel like I am energized. For one day I will wait until my next Spring night escape.

That was a wonderful poem you wrote. No wonder it was published. The poem is full of joy and hope.
I like it so much. You can some more of your poems to me. I love to read good poems like the one you sent me. That is one creation of a very happy person. Keep it up and thank you for that wonderful work. I really love it.

Writing is really a hard work. I didn't know where to begin when I was starting to write. I realized that where, what, or how to begin my stories doesn't really matter. I just keep on telling the story and I got amused with what I had just written.
Enjoy your work and you will find the way to where to start.

I think I am more of a write than a reader. I just do not have the time to read lengthy things and I have a hard time remembering what I have read also.

That is true. Lengthy novels don't excite me at all. But, there are some that are really interesting. I have read thick books and some are good and I just can not stop reading until the end. I admire writers who makes there readers nailed to read their work. There are some stories I have read and still fresh in my mind. Keep on reading my friend. It gives us power if we add some more knowledge through reading.

Hello MisterPlus. I consider myself to be more of a reader rather than a writer. I find it much easier to read, so reading is more exciting to me. LOL

I started as a reader. I woke up one day, " I could write what's on my mind". I bet, it was not that easy for you the first you learned how to read. It is the same with writing. Someday you will find it easy to write. Keep on reading.

Yes, I agree writing is exciting and helpful. But it's a great pity that I am not a good writer. I sometimes keep diary to myself. I prefer reading good articles, from which I can learn a lot. Do you always write something? What pleasure do you get from writing?

Hi MisterPlus. I find writing very enjoyable and a form of outlet of what I am. When I was in high school, I kept a diary to which I wrote my thoughts for certain days. I wrote in there also the poems I made, the lyrics of songs that I like and clippings I got from books or magazines. In todays world, I have some blog sites to where I posted some of my thoughts. Its a way for me to release my emotions. Its very nice to read things that had happened to you and laugh at your silliness or good memories you have written.

It is really enjoyable to write. I also have a diary. You're right, every time i look back at the things I wrote I find some laughable and some makes me sad. Diary is very useful to see if you're doing good or not.
Poems, I have lots of poems in my drawer. I always write poem. I find everything I see interesting. Whenever a thought pops in, I grab a pice of paper and start writing. That's how I love writing.

I am not good in words either. But, I still like to write. I started writing little by little. I was surprised when I knew that I could easily write anything that passes through my mind. I used to read and read before. It was a good practice if you want to start writing.

I love to write too. I have written stories and some of my friends loved it. I often read too.
